Stretching & recovery

Our Stretching & Recovery class is designed to help athletes improve mobility, recover faster, and stay healthy on and off the mats.

This class focuses on guided stretching and mobility work to release tension, improve flexibility, and support long-term training.

• Joint mobility
• Deep stretching
• Injury prevention
• Nervous system recovery

The class is open to all BJJ practitioners following open mat, making it a perfect way to cool down and support recovery after training. We also welcome spouses of members, parents from our kids program, and non-members attending open mat to join us on the mats.

Class Time: Saturday – 11:00 AM
